What We Look For

We welcome tutors of all backgrounds who can teach the Quran clearly, patiently, and with correct Tajweed. Here's what helps your application:

  • Sound knowledge of Quran recitation with correct Tajweed
  • Hafiz-e-Quran or a recognized Ijazah is preferred, especially for Tajweed/Hifz courses
  • Prior teaching experience (online or in-person) is a plus, but not mandatory for every course
  • A laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection and a quiet teaching space
  • Comfortable using video-call tools (Zoom/Google Meet) and basic online scheduling
  • Fluency in English or Urdu — additional languages are a bonus

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a Hafiz-e-Quran to apply?

It's preferred for Tajweed and Hifz courses, but not required for every course we offer — sound Tajweed and the ability to teach clearly matter most. Mention your qualification in the application and we'll match you to suitable courses.

Is this a full-time or part-time role?

Either — you set your own weekly availability during onboarding, and can adjust it over time as your schedule changes.

How and when do I get paid?

Teacher pay is calculated monthly based on the sessions you actually taught, and is visible in your own dashboard before payout.

Can women apply as tutors?

Yes. We have both male and female tutors, and students can request either based on their preference.

What happens after I submit the application?
