Qtaleem provides online Quran education including live tutoring, course materials, assessments, and certificates. Details of courses, schedules and fees appear on the Website.

2. Enrollment & Payments

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment and acceptance of these Terms.
• Payment methods are displayed at checkout or communicated by Qtaleem.
• Prices and packages may change; existing enrollments are charged at the rate at purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund policy is: partial or full refunds may be offered depending on the package and circumstances. For trial classes, please contact us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied. Specific refund conditions are available on the Pricing page or by contacting support.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and parents must behave respectfully toward tutors and staff. Inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and site design are property of Qtaleem or licensed partners. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qtaleem is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you operate from another jurisdiction, local laws may apply.
