It's preferred for Tajweed and Hifz courses, but not required for every course we offer — sound Tajweed and the ability to teach clearly matter most. Mention your qualification in the application and we'll match you to suitable courses.

Yes. We have both male and female tutors, and students can request either based on their preference.

All classes are conducted over video call (Zoom) rather than voice-only — this makes it much easier to correct recitation and Tajweed clearly.

We're currently prioritizing applications from Pakistan, but you're welcome to apply from anywhere in the world. As we expand to more countries, we'll reach out to applicants already on file first.

Our team reviews it. If it is approved, you will be asked to complete a short Step 2 recitation test from your dashboard. You can check your application status anytime from your dashboard.

After your application is approved, you record a few short audios from your dashboard: an introduction, plus selected ayat — one or two where tilawat is beautiful, and one or two difficult passages. The ayat are shown on the page for you to recite. Our team listens and tells you the result; if you do not pass, you can re-record and submit again.

Not necessarily. Approved teachers are kept on a waiting list, and students are assigned as new enrolments come in — teachers who have been waiting longer and who match the student's needs (course, language, timezone, time slots) are considered first, then newer teachers.

You receive a percentage of the student fee for the classes you actually teach, calculated at the end of each month: 60–70% for students in Pakistan and 40–60% for overseas students. The exact rate is set out in the agreement and your dashboard.

It varies — we match approved teachers to students as new enrollments come in, so timing depends on current student demand for your courses/languages. "Under Review" doesn't mean anything is wrong with your application; we'll reach out directly as soon as a placement is available.
